"First if all, the breakfast is AMAZING!!! The food is delicious and Ismelda, the chef does an outstanding job!!! Clearly, culinary arts are her specialty as is customer service. The staff are professional and friendly. The only negative is that the hotel allows pets. One dog pooped inside the hotel by the elevators and the owner didn‘t pick it up or warn anyone about it. People disembarked the elevator, and ran it over with their roller bags… it was disgusting and messy (un understatement here). If you are allowing pets, then certain norms (rules) should be adopted and staff should be trained on how to have a conversation with irresponsible pet owners. Had it been my roller bag, well there is no way I could board a plane with a bag like that. "
