The location was wonderful--within walking distance of many attractions and eating places. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only problem was that the room we had reserved became not available because of a water problem, and the substitute room was not adequate.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, very modern, and clean. It is near major attractions and steps from the Grassmarket. Hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Claudia is an absolute gem and went above and beyond. I’ve already booked again for my next trip.
