The staff and check in were absolutely wonderful. The room was decent but soo hot. We had the a/c running all day but it was still too warm to sleep comfortably. The shower water never got very hot. The gym was like a sauna.

Pleasant and comfortable!
The stay was excellent. I would certainly recommend to family and friends. I thought the mattresses were a bit too firm, but that is a personal preference and I understand that overall need is pretty difficult to gauge. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Food was poor. You could tell it was old and no made fresh. Juice was not offered or included in my breakfast. Not everyone drinks coffee or tea. My 6 month old was given a DIRTY stained and broken play pen to sleep in. We DID NOT use it. The pull out couch was also terrible. All you can feel are the springs. You're honestly better off sleeping on the floor.
