Staff friendly, Nice room, clean. During off-season, no breakfast, staff reduced, asked for extra blanket. Never received. When I entered the room, it was ice cold. Hour to warm up. I realize it is off-season.

I liked everything about the Hotel except it advertised a breakfast buffet for $9.99 but when we went was told No Breakfast. Don't understand why there are signs everywhere inside and out but no breakfast buffet was available.

The guys at the desk didn't seem to be proficient in what needed to be done to check us in. The pool and hot tub were really nice. I also liked that we could get to the pool from inside. The fireplace in the lobby was cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of pillows. I had to stand next to the TV to get the remote to work. Turning the shower on and off was a bit of a learning curve. Free coffee in the lobby. Had a game room, but we didn't have time to check it out. I would stay again.
