This property did not have air conditioning and it was not identified in the description of the room. This is a common need for most people and we were unaware. The staff person was unable to make any changes or refund our room upon check in when the room was hot.

No regrets

My wife and I would strongly recommend Crags lodge in fact we are already booking our next stay. Lodge stafff were all extremely welcoming and went above what I would call the " norm " to make sure our stay was awesome. Location was great. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and were very pleased with the size and comfort. Room, living area, kitchen and bathroom were all very clean and well kept. We had a great stay. Thank you Crags staff.
