I know Evanston is not a hotel mecca, but there is no excuse for the lack of care the owner has for this hotel. Our bathroom faucet was broken and we were told there was another sink in the room to use. The phone didn't work. The "fitness room" was dirty and the equipment didn't work. "Hot breakfast" is a breakfast sandwich you take back to your room to heat. No coffee. How hard is it to make coffee? Choose another hotel in Evanston!
