Hard bed. Tiny toilet. But, nice conveniences in room -- padded bench for putting on shoes or setting luggage, desk/table, side tables on both sides of bed, good Sony TV with unusually good sound for a modern TV, numerous channels including MSNBC.

1. nonsmoking room smelled like inside of chimney 2. room really stained 3. could smell smoke in mattress through sheets 4. could not find my reservation 5. requested ground floor room in phone call, told no problem but when i arrived tried to charge $15 more for ground floor upgrade. I am 78 yr old stroke victim unable to walk up metal steps carrying luggage. Went next door to Pioneer motel run by lovely young American couple and was asleep in 15 min after listening to travelicity for 75 min.
