We stayed for just one night following a cruise tour. It was the worst place. We paid for a river view cottage and were put in a garden view without any mention of the change. When I asked, the hotel said some of their river view cottages were damaged due to recent rains. I asked for a refund of the difference in price, I was provided with two breakfast vouchers instead. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. There was only one bath towel and no toiletries. I called and asked for the items at 12pm but by 4:30pm, we still had not received them. I called again and was told that I needed to pick them up at the front desk. They said they were short staffed and would be closing for the season at the end of the week. Not worth over $300 for the night! Very disappointing.

We stayed in a cottage and really enjoyed our 4 days and 3 nights. The staff was very nice in all areas. The lady that picked us up from the airport around 9:15 pm was extra nice and lots of fun.
