UNDOUBTEDLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD OF A HOTEL/MOTEL ROOM IN MY LIFE. 1) Upon entering the room, saw there was splattered diarrhea on the toilet seat. Turned down sheets, two dead bugs. Pillows reeked of rancid oil -smelled like they hadn't been washed in months. Blanket stiff and did not smell of laundry soap. I did not sleep at all. Kept all my clothes on and wrapped my head in my knitted scarf so that I wouldn't have to touch the pillows. Slept on top of sheets. In a.m. no one was at the desk (was about 6:00 a.m.). I stood there for 15 min. with sensor dinging to let them know someone was in the lobby. No one ever answered. My phone would not work there- I had to walk next door to fast-food place to use a phone. I request a full refund. Who do I submit my request to? Room # was 115. Night of stay was Friday Nov 29, 2019. SJM
