First room had no working air conditioning, second room ant crawled across bathroom floor & this was on the 8th floor! Very utilitarian room but functional. For the price was disappointing

The experience was very disappointing. We had reserved two rooms but they only had one in their system. So they asked for me to show them the email, which I did but then it was not enough and they required I log into my travelocity account to prove the booking number. They then took my phone on which I showed them the email into the back room and did not return for 10 minutes until I said I was not comfortable with them having my phone for that long. The whole process of checking in took over an hour because of this. We had also requested a dinner reservation twice for four people before arriving but never received a confirmation. When I asked to confirm at the front desk they arranged a reservation for two. When I went back to the front desk the clerk just said, walk out this door (through the rain) to the actual restaurant and tell them, instead of him picking up the phone and correcting their error. They (the front desk staff) were very difficult and condescending and definitely not up to Steigenberger Hotel standards. Very disappointed! The restaurant staff was nice and competent.

I had an amazing stay at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel in Frankfurt. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm, friendly service and felt welcomed. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the comfortable bed and convenient amenities such as the mini fridge and coffee maker. But the real standout for me was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also really appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, just a short drive from the airport thanks to your free shuttle. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and I will definitely be returning to the Steigenberger Airport Hotel for all of my future trips to Frankfurt. Danke!!!
