The bathroom was beyond nasty the drain in the tub was not working the toilet in the room was not flushing the Garbage cans in the room was rusted not once did the clean services mop the floor the food 50 percent of the time was cold the drinks were great but I personally would not recommend anyone to stay at this resort

Entertainment staff were amazing specially Joel and Juan Carlos. Rooms were clean, food and drinks were not good. Difficult to get reservation at the restaurants but the few we were able to go to were empty. They tell you they will provide transportation around the resort but every time we ask for a cart they told us to wait for the next train cart which of course was always full during the time needed which was afternoons and evenings. The white party was nice. My kids were disappointed about foam party not happening due to machine issues.

I call receptionist for a Towel no one show up to get me a towel we were 3 people staying in the room and only 2 towel were given.

Nothing special about this hotel. Too many inconvenience, room was not ready on time, the room was super far from everything, system down to make restaurant reservations, terrible wifi, employees (specially lobby area) where not attentive.
