The main public areas were very clean, however the bathrooms further from the grand lobby, were not very clean. The staff, however, were very friendly. My concierge Jean Marte & Elizabeth went above and beyond to please us. Job very well done. Also, I want to shout out chef Antonio for the wonderful food and friendliness.

We loved the pools and japanese restaurant. We liked the shows and staff also. The seaweed was a little much, the walking was too much especially for a 6 year old. The food was ok. But overall we enjoyed our trip

It was well taken care of , clean walk ways clean rooms always fresh , lobby area was beautiful and alive with people and the energy is always positive and the staff is friendly and always helpful .

We loved almost everything except the food. The hotel was beautiful the gorgeous grounds and peacocks so nice! Lots to do.

this was my very first vacation ever paid by myself being 21 years old and i actually wanted to go home the day i got there, i am not picky by anymeans nore spoiled AT ALL and mostly just wanted to relax and eat and drink on the ocean but everything here was so crap and staff couldnt understand anything in english that i littrally was happy to go home which was so disappointing. the ocean was the only nice thing here the water was bright light blue but that was it, the food got us sick every single night and was worse quality than dropped and spat in mcdonalds food IM NOT KIDDING! the whole WATERPARJ WAS NOT OPEN TILL THE LAST DAY WE WHERE THERE and only half the stuff was opened. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

We are very sorry that you had a trouble with a stomach, however we have to point that change of the climate, different kind of food and drinks can cause stomach malaise independently of the quality or type of alimentation, as known as travellers sickness. We sincerely hope that you are feeling much better. Rooms are very nice, they are updated and comfortable, housekeeping was nice and helpful. Bartenders are super nice especially Emanuele great service, good food in buffet the Al carte restaurant are hard to get in we tried couple of times always booked, they are closed on some days as less people in the resort they try to save money. Overall we had wonderful time the pool, the beach , the sun it's all you need! I like the had a lot of shaded areas in the pool and beach.

The rooms are good. The people in general is very nice but, The services at the restaurants at dinner time is not good. The food at dinner time is not good. Even in the restaurants with reservation we have to wait a long time and although in other restaurants the tables were empty they said that they were full.

The property location and the beach 🏖 was awesome. However, there were 9 restaurants of different cuisine. Food was not so good. Some of them tastes horrible and quality of the food was horrible. We tried a few of their specialty restaurants French was just dry and tasteless, Mediterranean didn’t taste like Mediterranean at all, and by far the worst one was the ikebana Japanese restaurant it was a hibachi our server was one of the worst cook he burnt all the food put excessive garlic into everything and did put on any show didn’t say a word served the food and left, the food was so horrible half of the people left without finishing. The only restaurant we liked was the Brazilian grill
