Nos entristece que la adaptación de algunos de los servicios nocturnos como lo son la Discoteca y el show acuerdo con la normativa actual y nuestra ocupación haya influenciado de forma negativa su estancia. We regret that you and your family went sick during their vacation with us since our guests’ well-being is one of our top priorities. Por lo tanto, lamentamos su descontento con las medidas de distanciamiento social. Dear Guest, Firstly we thank you for making our Barceló Bavaro Palace your choice hotel for a fourth visit to Punta Cana, although we regret that we fell a little short of your expectations this time around. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you had with to return the COVID test, we hope your understanding since we have a great demand of guests requesting the same service to be able to their country, however, it is an external company operating in our facilities, Regarding the price of covid tests, we are very sorry for your disappointment with this service, however I would like to inform you that this is because the laboratory does not always have the government-provided testing subsidy, which allows the laboratory copper only. $ 5US for the service, on the other hand, when these are over, the price returns to regular because the tests are offered directly by the laboratory, nevertheless we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We were very saddened to read your disappointment with the dining experiences, at Barceló we know that meals are an important aspect of our guests' overall holiday experience therefore we will make sure to take your comments into account to improve in this aspect of our services. In regards to the seaweed sorry that during your stay with us you found the bad weather, please note that although we make our beach clean-ups continues, this climatic phenomenon escapes from our hands.
