This is the best hotel I have stayed in Punta Cana and I have been there more than 10 times. I really admire how the restaurants are no reservation and you can dine without waiting for hours. The quality of everything in this hotel is top notch. I highly recommend.

Breakfast and lunch was awful. Dinner was good everywhere we tried though. Not enough food or beverage options during the day. No alcohol besides beer in our room. Key card didn’t work right even with multiple keys. Drinks were inconsistent from bar to bar. Night time entertainment made the trip.

The hotel was alright. We didn’t receive housekeeping service unless we called down to ask for it. They never replenished bathroom amenities like cue tips etc. the minibar didn’t have snacks like candy etc. and we were with a big group and it seems like everyone else received snacks and a fruit platter when first arrived. Overall could have been better
