Everything was great the only thing that could be improved upon is more chairs. Both lounging and sitting. If you don’t get up at 8 and mark your chairs they will all be gone.

El hotel es muy bonito, pero tuvimos problemas con nuestra habitacion swim up ya que presento problemas de mal olor durante toda la estadia. Ellos tienen problemas con la plomeria ya que se tapaba de agua el drenaje de la ducha y se salia el agua hacia la habitacion. Esa situacion hacia que los olores a caneria salieran y fue muy incomodo para nosotros la parte de la habitacion. Ellos nos cambiaron una vez de habitacion pero tocaba reclamar mucho para que lo hicieran, lo que fue estrasante para nosotros. La propiedad externamente esta muy bien y muy bonita. La atencion en los restaurantes es muy buena. La atencion del front desk y por telefono es muy mala ya que tocaba quejarse mas de 3 veces sobre el mismo problema para que prestaran atencion. El housekeeping no dejaba toallas limpias y tocaba llamar para que pasaran a dejarlas. Tienen muchos detalles que aun deben mejorar.

Great surroundings but slow and inattentive housekeeping staff and maintenance service inside the room (our phone was broken for half of our stay even though reported several times).

This hotel is a complete scam. They charged us $500 cash and stated the reservation was only made for 2 people instead of 3. They made me find my luggage by myself in their luggage room, no hat water for 2 days, and the service was ATROCIOUS! Do not go here and make sure none of your loved ones ever go here.
