This is my 2nd stay at the majestic hotels love all the staff, they're friendly and humble. I give a hi five to our butler Jose for all the attention for me and my hubby. I highly recommend Majestic it is family-friendly and it is so peaceful it makes you go back to this lovely place! We will be back soon.

I have been coming to this hotel for the past 16 years and the quality of the service it’s still excellent. The staff is phenomenal. They are always willing to make the impossible so that your stay more enjoyable.

Absoulutely amazing Resort. Very short walk from Pool to beach literally two minutes away. Delicious dining options!! :)

the Beach Palapa Rodeo&Grill two time we order steak dinner wait for two hours, staff at front desk most of them don't speak English ,we are not come back to this property

First the positives: bubble pool party was fun. Evening dance party on Weds night with LED robot man on stilts was a crowd pleaser. However, overall I Would never go back here b/c 1) rooms were very tired with hodgepodge repairs. Don’t believe the photos. 2) buffet was ok but the best option considering all the issues with the restaurants (subpar food and long waits for service if you were lucky enough to get seated or get reservations). Rodeo Steakhouse- 2 hrs to be served and the food was not worth the wait. Matsuri- Japanese tapenyaki- subpar food and the a.c was broken so it was too hot to enjoy much, 3) Le Gourmet- probably the best food on the resort but good luck getting reservations. If you want to eat there try making reservations as soon as you arrive even before you check in 4) pool bartenders behaved like disgruntled employees. My group was so displeased with them that we preferred getting out of the pool to order from the bartender serving the pool deck side- shout out to bartender. July, for friendly service and being attentive.

The grounds are beautiful as well as the beaches and the water. The seaweed is bad but they do their best to clean the beaches every night. They said it was worse now due to the season. Tons of bar options but not too many lunch day options. Food is pretty good for all inclusive, but there is nothing that’s fantastic. Shows at night are fun as well as the casino. It’s one of the better all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at.

It was ok. The resort is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate, but you can tell it's time for a facelift. Cracked tiles, stained walls, damp feeling and mildewed surfaces. The servers were hit or miss. Some people were so friendly and accommodating, others you can tell they hate their jobs. Service was extremely slow at the restaurants, but the food itself was wonderful. The buffets were strange. A lot of delicious options, but only one serving spoon for multiple dishes. Japanese was good, we were unable to secure reservations at the French restaurant. Shows were decent, casino was small and only a few working slot machines. Night club is on the Elegance resort. The best part of the resort was the beach. Beautiful clean sand, plentiful cabanas, clear water and friendly bartenders. Even the vendors on the beach were respectful of a "No." We'll definitely return to DR, but I think we'll try another resort.
