Disappointed with the beginning of our stay our room wasn’t great the bed was terrible hard room was very dated fan was noisy curtains were broken. One of the dinners was a bit of a disaster room service said 40 minutes took over 1 hour and 45 minutes. At the end of the trip had some decent meals and service. But all and all disappointed.

There are pros and cons to this property. Pros: beautiful property, great entertainment staff, nice beach. Cons: food needs improvement, better labeling, & more variety. Several people in our group became sick from the food. Room set up / bathroom is the worst I have ever seen. No privacy in bathroom if traveling with family or friends. Rooms need updating, they are moldy as well. Mattress and shower were moldy. Housekeeping left enough towels for our party 1/6 days.
