Check in lines were very long
Nowhere to keep luggage while waiting for room to be ready. Had to drag them around the resort waiting for the room to be ready.
Bad attitudes from Julio at the desk. He was so happy when I bought a room upgrade but didn’t know me when I asked if my room was ready yet,

Upgraded room in rough shape
Beach vendors selling you things constantly, like try relaxing when every 4 minutes someone comes to sell you something.
Cigarette smell everywhere.
Main dining area has limited hours.
Limited access to beach towels.
Bars without bartenders?
Room key stopped working repeatedly, have to wait outside your room for about 30 minutes to have a new one sent
Room service website does not work. Concierge fixed it. Then after you order you have to call to confirm order you placed on the website.
Room service has an $18 service fee. All other all inclusive resorts I’ve visited include room service.
Restaurants do not have restrooms?
Restaurant reservations not kept. Even provided screenshots of the confirmation.
The good - Juan C, Expedia concierge, was absolutely GREAT. And our upgraded room has a good location. And the pool area is nice.
