Staff were helpful and responsive to requests. Panoramic room was not so great due to the building site next door but Management offered a discount which was appreciated. Comfortable beds, great shower and room overall was lovely. Thanks for the great night The Dorsett.

Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have much going for it considering the price. Paid for deluxe king corner (Monday night) and was given a room 1 floor above the 2 acres of tin roof carpark. Asked to park car, couldn't fit my work ute in casino carpark so had to park 10min walk away at convention centre. Jumped in the pool at 515pm and asked the nearest staff for a drink. Bar closed, nearest bar level 2 & cannot bring upstairs. Nothing in "mini bar" not even bottled water. Room has open wifi (public) and no secure wifi. TV reception dodgy at best (pixelated) and NO Netflix, etc standard. 10min walk away from beach & staff who just don't care. Save your money for a place that wants it. NOT hospitable...

The perfect stay
This hotel is amazing. It really is more like a $300+ a ight hotel. Tge roo is beautiful with an amazing view. The room is fitted with modern convs in the ligting and room requirements. Bathroom is great. The pools are fantastic especially the 6th floor pool as it has a glass wall looking out over the city below. At night the lights in the pool are fantastic as well as the lights from the adjacent buildings and the music is great, as well as the water which is the perfect temperature. It is right next to the casino and there is a great food choice there or across the road at Pacific Fair. The staff are amazing as well. Just an awesome place to stay. Truy spoilt.
