The rooms were neat and tidy. We were glad there were fans in the lounge and bedroom as the air con didn't work. But after speaking with reception, they were prompt on inspecting it and gave a refund after it was deemed broken. We loved the security of the whole hotel. The pool and spa were fantastic!! Definitely recommend and will be returning as soon as we can!

Amazing stay at Tiki, easy access to everything, restaurants, clubs, pool, also, its a good thing that its not to close that its loud. one straight way to surfers paradise main WOW!

The hotel is close to everything, which is great. The room has some water damage on wondow sills but it was clean. The bed was really comfy. The only down fall was the noise in corridors outside and no communication when a fire alarm went on. We just went back into our room after the fire brigade turned off the alarm.
