Upon checking in, we asked to get snow shoveled, and had to ask for salt to put on “ice” on the sidewalk. When we came back at around 8 pm, we had to use the “flashlight “ mode on our phones to find our way from the parking lot to the rooms, because of either poor lighting or no lighting at all. We also had trouble getting our handcap scooter over the curb. I would never recommend this place to anyone that has a disability. This place is terrible for ADA and should be known. Check any of my other posts and you will not see anything as negative posts

Convenient and comfortable
Came here with family. Just a short walk to the canyon views, less than 5 minutes. Onsite food was good, large portions and friendly staff. Overall very pleasant stay!

The lodge itself is clean and a good amount of room. The building is wood. So if you’re on the first floor, you’re gonna hear the people above you. So if you book this property get the second floor so you don’t have to worry about hearing people above you stomping around all night. But besides that very convenient within Grand Canyon, Village, and a great price during the winter.

The only complaint we had was the fact that our booking said breakfast was included but there was only a buffet and we had to spend an extra $45 for breakfast.
