The food was horrible flies everywhere. The salad food was not cool or kept cold. All salad was hot. They didnt do anything about all the flies. Limited to 2 dinner reservations on a 5 night stay. Overall the property was terrible. I would not recommend this property to anyone. NEVER AGAIN!!

We loved the beach. Staff was great. We did not get the rooms we booked. We booked 2 superior king ocean view and reveived 2 double partial ocean view rooms.

An affordable destination but you get what you pay for. The beach itself was really lovely - not a huge property so it was easy to get a lounger and the water was great. We stayed for 4 nights and were out on excursions we booked separately for almost our entire stay which was a blessing once we saw the resort. I would likely not come back to stay at this resort - I'm sure there are cleaner and more comfortable resorts at a similar price. We paid for an ocean-view room but were given a ground-floor room on the other side of the road from the ocean - when we flagged this to the desk they moved us to an ocean-view room. The room was on the top floor and we could hear the pigeons on the roof like they were in the room with us, and pigeon feathers were constantly coming into the room. Our room was not very clean and the real shocker was massive handprints all over the inside of the windows overlooking the beach. We left the curtains open every morning in hopes someone would notice and clean them but no luck. Our room was exceptionally noisy (overlooking the stage area) but luckily we brought earplugs. Food was mediocre in the buffet and we didn't get a chance to try any of the a la carte options (reservation system was confusing and unclear). If your goal is to have the cheapest possible trip and you plan to either spend all your time off-resort or sitting by the beach/pool I think this would be a great option. Otherwise I would skip this and find something a bit nicer.

My girlfriend and I had such a great experience at this property. Everyone was friendly and cared about our needs. The food was good and even provided snacks between meals. Did not have to wait long for drinks. We loved the proximity to the beach. The pools were very nice. The club played good music. I don’t really have any negative things to say besides the balcony door was messed up and the shower had an open concept that made the bathroom floor wet. We had a dinner on the beach and the food was amazing along with the scenery! The staff definitely made the experience great. From Gabriela at the front desk, Emely, Fernando and Jose for the beach front dinner, to Orlando delivering drinks to us on the beach, and Yefri in the dining room. I would def stay here again!

Very quiet resort. Not a lot to do besides lounging around. Small resort/beach. Only 1 a la carte restaurant option. Which you need to be up super early to reserve day of for. Food was alright. Not properly labelled. Drinks were good. Staff was great! I would not return though.
