We checked in very late, so we cannot see the area around the property. However the condition of the room we are staying in was not good. The door locked is not responding, we use key to get in. Then the door was very hard to close, my husband pushed hard to get it closed. Then we found molds on the ceiling and around the door where the wall-paper is peeling off. We had to call Expedia and asked for resolution. Expedia was very helpful and understanding. We checked out after 3-4 hours the same night. I will not recommend this stay.

I paid for a 2 bedroom "suite" and both rooms had MOLD everywhere! The walls ceiling shower it was disgusting and smelled like mold! The carpet was dirty and floor was uneven with craters under the carpet. I reported it and was ignored. I reported it to Expedia and they did not help with relocation because according to them the manager said there was nothing wrong with the room. I have pictures and videos i am reporting this to Palm Springs Health and Safety! We are all sick from what we were exposed to. The manager is such a lier and refused to give our money back so we can stay somewhere else. Had to pay again for another place because i was afraid of my and my families health and safety. How places full of MOLD make it to Expedia is beyond me! I am acquiring an attorney help recoup my stay and relocation and health issues resulting from being ecposed to the MOLD!
