The hotel is trendy and looks great. It is clean and beautiful. From check in I was greeted with a smile and attentiveness from I think a Danny at the front desk. Please do not be fooled I booked a port/Coronado view and received a room on the 21st floor. I was excited until I saw this view!! On the website it shows out into the ocean but in reality you are looking down and out on concrete and Dole container boxes!!! The food at the restaurant is TERRIBLE and highly overpriced! They need to revamp that entire food and beverage team. Breakfast lacked options and dinner was horrendous!! Forget about calling anyone at the front desk they never pick up the phones! You will have to text or call repeatedly!! For such a huge hotel the pool area has to be monitored so it doesn’t get overcrowded. We signed our name in for 10:00 am they didn’t call us for about 4 hours later! This is an inconvenience for guests. The hotel should have another pool on the floor or a bigger pool to accommodate as much guests as possible.

First room checked in had food all over the couch and hair on the bed. Second room we were given had mold on the shower curtain liner.
