Our room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening after attending a wedding. Too exhausted (and to late in the day) to call down we fell asleep. The next morning we called down for clean towels only to be put on hold for several minutes; frustrated I hung up and went down stairs and took towels from the pool area. Along the way I saw the front staff chatting and laughing apparently ignoring calls. The hotel needs updating badly. The parking is inadequate for the size. Maybe hire some mature individuals.

The only drawback was that the housekeeping staff kept on forgetting to replenish the coffee tray. I stayed two weeks and it happened 5 times. Not a big problem in itself but I expected it to be done

Nice Hotel, very close to the freeway

This hotel is very nice, right off the freeway which is very convenient, the rooms were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable, my husband is in a wheelchair, and the room was not an "accessible" room but was big enough for him to be in and the doors were wide enough too, my only complaint is that the breakfast food in their lounge was not that good, we were not impressed at all, so we only eat breakfast there the first day, and went somewhere else to eat the second day
