When I was comparing properties I missed that there was a 32$ a day parking cost at the hotel. It was an unwelcome surprise and I would preferred to have known up front.

Hi Susan, sorry the info was missed. We dont like to have those kind of surprises pop up. I hope the views and the area made up for it and you were still able to have a great time by the beach.

Property is under construction. My room smelled like paint the entire stay. Pictures online are very misleading. This is also an outdoor hotel.

Really enjoyed this hotel and its amazing location. Staff were immensely helpful when Southwest Airlines had a flight delay which killed an earlier weekend getaway. We are huge fans of this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We stay here every year for my girls bday. Always a great experience. Met the manager this time and he may be the best manager I have ever met. Great attitude and cares about his guests.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had secure parking under one of the buildings. We had some VERY loud-talking neighbors the first night, so adding better soundproofing would be good. Our ocean view balcony was quite fine. We'll probably try to come again. It's a nice place.

Upon check in the front desk was welcoming, property was clean. We arrived a little early for check in so they held our bags and when our room was ready we received a call, 3 hours prior to normal check in!! Room was clean and the partial ocean view was amazing!! We were steps from the beach. Amazing destination. Definitely will be back again

The pool was not routinely heated. That was a negative issue. The hotel itself is in a great location to stores and restaurants and driving a short distance to Belmont Park.

I'm sorry the pool wasn't up to par Carol. It is heated to 78F. I can see where that can feel cold in these winter months. I sure am glad the rest of your stay was enjoyable. Hope to see you next time!
