Overall, stay was good. Still unsure about the fees that were included with the price for reservation. I under impression it already included price/night for parking car. Ended up paying more for this stay because they added parking fees which I thought was included in rate given. Checking in, worker said no it was not included. If that was true, then I would have cancelled reservation and went with another app which would have paid their fee. The total would have been the quote I was given by Hotels.com. Other app said one amount and then fee/night parking but not added on price given.

All together it was a good experience. They might want to think about using some anti-mildew on the shower/tub. Nice thick and soft towels.

We were disappointed that the cost of the stay was high for a Days Inn but I guess that is San Diego where it is very expensive. Parking was $ 20.00 and NO BREAKFAST. Noisy fan in bathroom that is on when light is on making sleeping difficult if one wishes safety in the middle of the night for bathroom trips. Also pillows HARD and fat..no variety. Will not stay there again.

The daily construction over the 5 days stay was problematic, not only related to noise, but they routinely shut the power off which impacted comfort, as well as device charging, etc. Ended up having to buy portable chargers for devices to use throughout the stay. It was an unexpected cost. The hotel provided no communication and left it to guests to figure out. The hotel should have figured their issues out.
