I was asked if I would like to be in a room with a view and I said yes, so I was moved to the third floor, which my balcony was over viewing the parking lot. It was very noisy all day early morning with the vans and buses coming in and out Not a restful stay at all.

Remarkable staff who will go out of their way to make your stay excellent and meaningful. The peaceful, relaxing ambience is a joy to wake up to every morning, and the pleasant beachside scenery is a daily treat. We enjoy our Thanksgiving here very much. The place is lovely, maybe outdated, but the location, staff, and atmosphere just equals it. We loved it and will be back

The property was pretty. We booked a garden view two queens room, however we were given a room that looked out onto a parking lot. The room was clean but smelled musty, The white sheets on one of the beds had what looked like a makeup stain (looked like 4 fingers wiped it on the end of the sheet) and the tub did not drain so it filled up when we took showers. Just didn’t seem like a room that cost 1K for 3 nights in the off season.

Expedia misrepresented the room. The pictures were of a different room completely. The resort was nice, but kind of old. Our microwave and toaster both didn't work, but they replaced them quickly. Our room was right beside their laundry facility so we heard employees pushing big plastic carts on the pavement late at night and early in the mornings. The grounds were kept very nice and clean, and the rooms were cleaned nicely daily. It was really ashame that Expedia posted pictures of a nicer room than we received. The resort confirmed with us, and showed us it was Expedia's mistake.

Everything was great, especially the staff. On the first night our bedroom was cold, a man named Roberto lent us his office heater so we wouldn't feel cold. It was one of our best experiences in travel and hotels.thanks.
