Beautiful Hotel with an amazing staff. I would definitely stay here again. the only issues I had was that the walls are paper thin and the lack of amenities… No Pool or Spa. The fireplace though was a wonderful touch!

I stayed at the Horton Grand Hotel from November 12, 2019 - November 15, 2019 in the grand suite. The room was spacious, clean, and staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is next to plenty of restaurants and bars and a trolley stop is right on the corner, making it very convenient to get to where you want to go. The only negative is that the elevators are small and a bit slow. I would definitely stay here again.

I like the quaintness of the Hotel. Pretty quiet except for the wedding. I didn't like the sqecky bathroom door. The fireplace didn't work and our room was never cleaned.

The fireplace does work, but you have to turn on the fireplace pilot light. We will continue our on-going room renovation, so all our guests are satisfied with the conditions of our guest rooms.

Outstanding location in the Gas Lamp District. We were able to make an easy walk to Petco Park to watch a Padres/Giants game. We then made an easy walk to Seaport Village where we did some window shopping and ate at a wonderful restaurant.
