Overall it was a okay stay, the room was clean and spacious. The pool was great! A few disappointing factors - upon check-in they asked if we would be okay with no maid service but would provide upon request anything we needed. A complete joke! Ran out of toilet paper twice, 3 towels left in the room to use for 5 days. When phoning front desk one evening asking for essentials, no one showed and had to phone again in the morning for the items. To pay close to $500 per night at this hotel - very disappointing! If you don’t provide maid service on the weekend and throughout your stay- stock up the room with essentials for the length of your stay. 😡

Room and hotel was very clean. Great place to stay and close to the casino and lots of great restaurants. Pool area was nice and atmosphere was great. Food at hotel was ok… wish they had more options and better hours. Wish rooms had microwaves and firmer pillows.

Room was not ready so we got a late check-in which they promised to call us when our room was ready and they never did call. But with all that being said we did receive a complementary bottle of wine which was nice. Rented a poolside room and patio furniture definitely needs to be updated it is very worn. Room was nice and clean but the refrigerator did not work.

Upon checking in we were thankfully assigned a room with a view but it was too close to the entrance with many cars pulling up and honking. The second room we were assigned to smelled like cigarette smoke. The third room was ok I guess. The biggest bummer was when we checked in the person worked the front desk told us that she would wave the parking fee of $18/night and we could park in the lot. They ended up charging us for this, having known I would have just parked on the street. This hotel is VERY dated. Very dated. Not what we expected from the quality the Hilton usually normally has. Stay at a smaller private or boutique hotel rather than here
