Our check-in experience was great. The staff was very helpful about dinner recommendations. I thought the main lobby, breakfast and bar area was nice. There’s also a nice outdoor space as well. I thought the overall room was very dated. For the price we paid we expected more quality from Marriott. It was sub par for a Courtyard.

Gem in Hamilton

We were going to a show at the Fitton center so the location was perfect. We decided to make a day of it ( and nite, even though we live in Fairfield (town just south). i do have to say I was disappointed the the kitchen was not open til 5p on a Sat. We had hoped to get some drinks and eat. We took our buziness elsewhere. We did try to get a basic beer, ultra lite, and they were out. Really? On a Sat afternoon and no basic beer? Another disappointment.

A convention hotel.

Pros: Perfectly appointed, clean, in fact luxurious.
Location: Downtown Hamilton is a nicer than I expected. Check out the many public sculptures.
There is nothing wrong with this hotel except it is set up like most conference hotels, meaning no free breakfast and a high price point. For the casual tourist, there are better values. I must commend the front desk person who pointed out that my Travelocity reservation failed to include my senior citizen discount, which she extended.

Nice trip.

I enjoyed my stay at the courtyard the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was large and clean. I will us this hotel each time I come to visit my daughter at school.

Bad Hotel

I will never stay here again! The pool was freezing cold! They charged me an extra * for extra cleanup of the room claiming I smoked in the room when I didn't. The walls are made of tissue paper so you can't sleep at night. The windows don't open so it feels stuffy in the room. Way overpriced for the area!
