This hotel, in every aspect, exceeded my expectations. As I travel to MS for elder care (which is hard and not fun at all) I cannot thank this hotel and its staff enough for making me feel welcome and safe. The hotel offers me a reprieve and I will stay here the next time I go to MS. You will NOT be disappointed. Everything was fantastic.

Terrible condition
The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. The blanket to put on the pull out sofa was sticky feeling. You could feel the metal bars through the mattress. The king size bed was not much more comfortable. After 2 hot showers there was no more hot water. The WiFi was terrible. The bedside table was missing a knob, and the towel bar feel off the wall in the bathroom from simply hanging a towel on it.
