Thank you for your recent stay at Tru by Hilton Clearfield Hill Air Force Base. We appreciate you taking the time to give us your thoughts. I am sorry we did not have a pool for your children. I show notes that the front desk associate advised you of this prior to checking in so you could decide if you wanted to move to another hotel with a pool. The front desk tried to prevent any hardship and relocate you to another hotel that fit your request. When confirmed with Travelocity, the third party, details should have been listed of our amenities. I checked the website, and could not find the listing of the pool/spa at our property, can you share the website you saw this advertised at? Thank you for helping clarify.
