Standard room. It was clean but the tv remote was broken and only offered a few channels. A winter storm just rolled through and even though their stairs and parking lot were covered in ice, staff refused to change me to a bottom floor room. Also accused me of not paying a pet fee the day of departure, which I certainly did.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Do not stay at this hotel! Customer service/female manager is RUDE! I never write reviews but the customer service here was terrible. I myself deal with the public daily & floored by the terrible experience I was shown today! Thank goodness to hotels.com for taking care of us when this hotel wouldn’t!!

It was convenient
It was clean & comfy. Our TV didn't work, but it was late when we checked in so we weren't really worried about TV. Overall it was good for the money. I was pleased and would definitely stay again.
