The property is in a good neighborhood, but when I arrived there were weeds 4 feet tall growing in all the landscape beds. There was a building permit posted on the door with a STOP WORK order from the city posted next to it. Obviously in early stage of badly needed renovation and repairs. The young woman at the dest was very helpful and apologetic but this hotel should not be open in current condition. The renovated room on the third floor was fine, not great but clean. Otherwise, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, hands down. Even the elevator inspection permit was 3 months expired.

The place is under construction/renovation. It is extremely dusty and smelly everywhere. They should close until they have completed these upgrades.

Revisit squeaky fan

one week later

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, soft beds
we stayed here a week before while droping of our son at space camp and were very pleased.we had packed to go swimming this time but didnt get to, the pool filter was having problems and needed to be repaired .others were swimming but who knows how low the chlorine levels were.they were over whelmed at breakfast and ran out of some stuff but it was still pleasent.we will still stay at LQ because the rates are good and the beds are soft.

good value/good staff/great beds

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet, really comfy beds
stayed here one night as we were dropping off our son at space camp which is about 10 minutes away.we were given a smoking room at first,we do not smoke and have kids,the front desk gave us a nonsmoking room.thanksB.the dbl rooms did not have a fridge,that might just be those rooms.there are alot of resturants,fastfood,gas,walmart,etc.all within a mile or so of the hotel.the breakfast was good,my son had fun making his own waffles,along with the usual items you would find.the beds are the best super soft not like the hotels that have springs or lumps that hurt way after you leave and that is why we will always stay at L.Q.the staff were very freindly and helpful which is always hard to find out there.

Good value for the money

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Poor breakfast
Good hotel. Clean, good internet service, close to a lot of restaurants. If traveling on business, close to a lot of company and government offices. Like having free breakfast available, but the selection is poor. A few rooms are a tad run down, but considering the other benefits and the price, it was good.
