Currently the free airpot shuttle is not running which I found out after we arrived at the airport. It took several calls before I could get the front desk to answer and tell me about the shuttle but once we arrived I saw there was only one front desk person and a very large weddding party so that was likely why I was unable to get through.

Hotel rooms are up-to-date and very clean. Only negative is not having free internet access. At the price point for this hotel, wi-fi should be included.

Property was under construction. We were told we would get newly renovated room. Sliding door would not look and was clearly bent/old. A lamp in the room was broken and hanging by wires. When we asked to move rooms, we were told we may not get a double room which we required due to our family having 3. I had booked the room weeks in advance and questioned this statement. When I asked what were we expected to do, they offered no solution. They offered no courtesy for triuble that was NOT fualt of ours but completely theirs. Very upsetting.

Great view of rockets and a space shuttle!

Pros: The view, the comfortable bed and the dark and the quiet.
Cons: The variety of the breakfast buffet.
Location: see above
This Marriott is distinctive in that it overlooks Space Camp, real rockets and a space shuttle. Best views are even numbered rooms on the upper floors.

No refrigerator in mine or my daughters rm and we had things that had to be refrigerated and ruined instead. Also ice machine broken in my floor . Already reported all this to management
