"Much better than some reviews would have you believe. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food edible. The only downside are the very small plastic cups used for the drinks- not eco friendly. There are a few sales people trying to get you on trips but you can bargain them down or book yourself online. The Wi-Fi is rubbish almost non existent. Russians are the most prominent group "

"Fantastic hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife and from the moment we set foot into the hotel the service from staff members was exceptional. Every staff member treats you with the utmost respect and care from concierge to the domestic services team. The room we had was amazing with an exceptional view. The amenities in the hotel were fantastic especially the La Perla spa on level 2. Overall nothing to fault with this hotel. They even had a snack shop to buy any drinks or souvenirs. Thank you to the team for an amazing stay "
