IT WAS A FULLY REFURBISHED MOTEL, OLD BUT REFURBISHED WELL. EVEN THYOUGH i DID NOT BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL I WAS TREATED LIKE FAMILY. CLIFF, NICE LIKE THE ONE FROM CHEERS, BUT VERY INTELLIGENT OFFERED AND THEN PULLED A COT UP 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS FOR US IN LIKE 5 MINUTES, THEN REFUSED A TIP. MAYBE HE IS THE MANAGER. The self serve continental breakfast was outside next to the pool. They covered the pool with a tarp so no smell or issues there. Very homey well staffed place. Oh and don't forget to waaalk on down to the Portside Tavern ask for Jason you will not regret it. We ate and drank there every night of our stay!!!!! WATCHED ONE BIG SCREEN AND SEVERAL SMALL SCREEN TV'S. IF THIS IS WHAT MOTEL LIVING IN I DON'T WANT A HOTEL.

We found this property to be very convenient to downtown Hyannis and the harbor. We were able to purchase our ferry tickets at a discount from the hotel and walk to the Steamship Authority to board the next morning. The hotel is older but clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It's kind of a blast from the past with the quirky personal touch without giving up any amenities of the bigger chains.
