This was my first time staying at this property. I requested my room on the first floor and was told they were sold out. A guest checked in after room was booked on the first floor. I don’t like the beds being against the wall making one adult climb in and out instead of walking to their side. There was only two luggage carts available but when I checked out earlier than check out time none were available.

The room was nice it came with a kitchenette and a queen sized bed. The bathroom was clean, the towels did have some stains and had to get them changed out
