This is one of the worst Hiltons I have stayed at. (2 stars) - refrigerator was broken - did not work - carpet was sticky, turned my white socks BLACK - staff entered the room multiple times unannounced - surrounding area was unsafe - ice machine was broken - I had to use the ice machine 2 floors up - Spa was not working, and smelled of urine - indoor pool was ice cold, not towels available - breakfast buffet, was over priced - juice bar was infested with bugs - juice containers had dead bugs floating - many more items.....
