The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was ok. Bathroom was extremely small and pretty much in the bedroom. Bathroom was so close to beds it felt like they were in one room. Bathroom door was inches from toilet. Tub and sink needed cleaning. Our door key didn’t work and had to be let into room few times until the system was updated. They over charged me for an extra day. Took few says to correct it. No breakfast. No room cleaning or replenish of needed supplies. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels, soap, and toilet paper.

the service and staff were friendly and excellent and prompt. the room was wonderful, but no microwave. could have used a trashcan in the bathroom. I did not expect to have to join a hyatt rewards membership in order to have access to the breakfast buffet.

Great breakfast. The facilities (room) a bit "long in the tooth." Carpet stained, bath sink stopper inoperable, sink cracked and leaked onto carpet. The bath door almost hit the toilet when opened, making ingress and egress difficult. The air / heating unit could use a "low" fan setting. It was so close to the beds, it blew on us the whole night. The room was plenty big enough, but the large sofa / sitting area was a waste of space for us and seemed old and dirty. I would have traded that for a roomy bath / sink area.

Very poor staff

Pros: The room at first, just the bathroom door is very outward.
Cons: Fire the house keeping staff and start over, and the kitchen staff as well, very poor.
Location: Great location, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, Historic Tougaloo College in the area.
The room was very nice, however the staff was terrible, we were lied to as far as way no one cleaned or room while we were gone all day. When I went to the front desk to complain we were told they were gonna send someone to take care of it right away, it took about 30 min. for someone to get there and he said that he was told that we needed towels, and then gave us a bag of soap with a dirty cue tip in it, along with a stack of towels. Needless to say we won’t be staying here again. There excuse the next day was that we had the do not disturb sign on the door, which was a boldface lie, just unprofessional!
