Fantastic trip
My wife, two daughters (18 & 21) stayed in the house for two weeks. It was in an incredible location, very nice neighbourhood and with two en suites and a third bathroom everyone had plenty of space. The sea view balcony is a real treat at the start and the end of the day. The shower in the master bedroom is particularly good. All the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was effective in keeping everyone comfortable. We didn’t need to communicate with the owners much but when we did they were very responsive.

Highly Disappointed / False Advertisement/ Overpriced / Not Recommended
Upon arrival at the property, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our stay. Firstly, communication was poor; we had to request the lockbox key as it was not provided beforehand. The property was advertised and priced as a four-bedroom home on Vrbo, but to our disappointment, it only contained three bedrooms and 2 of the bathroom toilets were inoperable. Despite being charged a cleaning fee, the home was not cleaned prior to our arrival, and i would be surprised if cleaning was planned for after our departure despite being charged for it. For our party of six, there were only enough towels for two guests, with no wash towels included, forcing us to purchase additional ones. In the master suite, we found old socks in the bed, which was quite unsettling. Both the main floor and upstairs toilets were backed up as mentioned with water that had a disgusting and moldy. We also discovered sour-smelling towels left in the washing machine. The security of the home was compromised due to a broken latch on the back glass sliding door, and there was no remotes provided for any of the TV’s, requiring us to use our personal mobile devices for AirPlay. Furthermore, the owner and realtor's request to show the home to potential buyers during our stay was inconsiderate, intrusive and should have been scheduled post-departure. Overall, our experience was poor, not worth the high price point and I would not recommend reserving this property. Proximity to Neptune Beach +

Absolute joke
NEVER STAYED AT PROPERTY. WAS CANCELLED ON TUESDAY BUT DIDN’T FIND OUT UNT iI SHOWED UP ON FRIDAY WITH 8 PEOPLE. .THE ONLY RESPONSE AND COMMUNICATION I WANT FROM VRBO IS THAT MY MONEY IS FULLY REFUNDED. I WOULD NEVER USE VRBO AGAIN. SO MANY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. WHAT A SHAME
