Beautiful remodeled studio condo 2nd floor 2 min walk to ocean! We have beach chairs, umbrella and towels.
We are 15 min to Mayo clinic. Kings size bed with a pull-out sofa. Nice and quite gated location!
No RV, Motorcycle, boat or trailer parking aloud.

Disappointing
Below average. Patio furniture old/dirty. Sliding door to patio, handle broken. No pictures on walls very sparse. There was enough lint in dryer to make two sweaters or start a good fire. Two hanging lights in kitchen, one broken with no bulb. No laundry detergent. Refrigerator door difficult to open. No night tables or lights next to bed.

quaint stay in Ponte Vedra
excellent locztion, good size for just 2 people . All was good . Need a latch on sliding balcony door but all else was wonderful . would stay there again.

Very clean condo but chilly and dark. We had a problem unlocking the door for a couple of days. The heat was not adequate until we found the emergency heat. The lighting inside was poor for us older folks. The shower door did not slide. Otherwise very nice and a great location. The beach was beautiful!
