Cozy and inviting at any time of year, this Rawsonville condo makes a wonderful home base for outdoor activities - from skiing and snowboarding Vermont's world-class slopes to hiking among picturesque waterfalls.

Here in the outskirts of Jamaica, you'll enjoy fantastic access to the area's outdoor pursuits. You'll be only six miles from Stratton Mountain Resort, 11 miles from Bromley Mountain Ski Resort, and 19 miles from Mount Snow. Tee off at the Stratton Mountain Golf Course (four miles), go swimming or fishing at Jamaica State Park (five miles), or head into Manchester (17 miles) to peruse the charming shops and restaurants. Additional activities common to the area include downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, tennis, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, and fly fishing.

The condo is warm and welcoming, full of plush furnishings and large windows that frame the surrounding treetops. After a day of adventure, fix a hearty homemade meal using stainless steel kitchen appliances, sit down together at the windowside dining table, and find a favorite movie to watch on TV afterwards.

Of the bedrooms, one is a primary bedroom and the other is a bunk room with its own desk - a great place to pull up a chair and log onto the complimentary WiFi. A private washer/dryer is provided for your laundry needs as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
