The man at the front desk is extremely rude. I booked my room online which was a double bed room for 3 adults and a child. When I arrived at the property he told me that online is wrong and he has to charge me for 2 rooms, because 4 people aren't allowed in 1 room. After standing my ground he finally said he allow me to stay. Upon arriving in the room the bed sheets were stained and has cigarette burns on the sheets and blankets. They also have NO bottom sheet so the top sheet slides when your sleeping which is unsanitary due to the stains on the bed. The bathtub is filled with stains as well. The TV didn't work so we had to call to have it repaired. The man that they sent asked my boyfriend why we had so much stuff if we only staying 1 day. Overall I'll probably never stay here again due to the rude staff and dirty rooms.
