Property was very nice! Very nice room and clean! Only complaint but really doesn't qualify as a complaint stop serving turkey sausage, just a personal preference.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Only carbs. The only protein was the sausage in gravy which cannot be consumed in a gluten free diet. Even the fruit was high carb- no berries. We were counting on the breakfast but could not eat anything.

I did not know there were 2nd rate Hampton Inns.

Pros: not much
Cons: re-model
Location: Overland Park, KS
I always choose Hampton Inn. I love them. This one in Overland Park was definitely 2nd rate. We were put in a handicap room with a shower for wheelchair people, and the water ran all over the bathroom and out into the entrance room area. JUST used to much nicer everthing.

Nice stay

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
The room was clean, fairly spacious, quite and comfortable. The breakfast area was being renovated so the temporary space was small and we had to take our meal up to our room to eat. Otherwise our stay was great and would stay again.
