They gave away my room. My room was prepaid on Expedia and I even called, at noon, making sure it was okay that I was getting there around midnight. When I got there, I found out my room was given away and the they had no more rooms. It being midnight, I had no where else to go. Had to wait an hour while they cleaned a room. The man at the front desk was nice and apologized and cleaned a room for me. But the last thing I wanted to do was wait in the lobby for a room to be cleaned when I had paid for a room. I will not go to this hotel again. No refund policy and they give away rooms that are prepaid, stay away.
