The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Would have loved more TV channels options especially with no movement days and more garbage receptacles outside

Property is in a great location and the staff was outstanding. The customer service provided by the staff was exceptional. Staff went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thanks to Trevain, Cherylie, Lance, Anishka, and Asia-Anne, and the rest of the Courtyard Marriott staff in Kingston, Jamaica for their great customer service. The only complaint is that the pool was and is still under construction which we were not aware of when we were booking our 2 week stay. That would have made us choose another hotel, however, the staff’s customer service made up for it.
