I was impressed with the beautiful furnishings. The room was immaculate. I immediately recommended it to my sister who is planning to visit soon. My only complaint is that, Travelocity was unprofessional and scammed me out of $75. I booked though them for the Knutsford Court Hotel, then I was told that I would be upgraded to the Pegasus. I was told it would be the same price I paid for the knutsford Court. When I check my credit card which was only to reserve the room I was told that I prepaid. But I will not be scammed by Travelocity. I will fight for the principle.

I checked in and out easily. Courteous friendly staff. Five stars for the complimentary breakfast buffet. Try the Blue Moon Restaurant when you are in the hotel.

Everything was good except we were disappointed that two of the four days we were there the restrooms on the main floor of the hotel lobby we’re out of service unacceptable

Excellent wifi

Pros: The Staff
Cons: The room size
Location: emancipation park good for jogging
Positives: Staff was very compassionate and caring about my health and checked me in quicklyWifi very fast and was easily accessed, Room clean. Cleaning staff very pleasant. The ambiance was very inviting and beautiful, especially the pool and the lobby. Gift shop price was reasonable. The restaurant was affordable and the meals delicious. The breakfast buffet which came with the room was plentiful and delicious. A wide variety of breakfast items, including healthy options. Negatives: Most of the equipment ih the Gym did not work. There was construction next door and the fumes was overpowering for all three days that I was there. The noise was also very loud. When complained the staff offered to change the room. The dessert in the restaurant was a bit small for the price. The overall price was a bit high.

Pros: We liked everything about the hotel. The rooms; the staff; the food. We had a great time!
Location: One of the Jamaican Parks was directly across the street from the hotel. We are went sightseeing to some of the national places - driving distance
We had a wonderful time. The hotel was lovely. The food was great. We are planning to return to the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel in June with a group of 35 or more friends.

Excellent Hotel

My trip was lovely, the hotel was great. Staff was very polite and the environment was clean and refreshing. Food was quite delicious

Good Service

My Stay

This was my first time in Jamaica and i spent my first night here. The room was small with 2 double beds in it. I had to sleep in the same room as my two daguhters 15yrs and12yrs had ti share a bed. Bathroom was not great. Needed a fridge for my mediction to go in and could not get access to one had to keep running out to ice box all night. Staff were pleasent but no very chatty. Food was delicious. Not sure if i would stay again at least not with my children.
