Great property for adults. The food is amazing with so many restaurants to choose from. The main area is similar to a shopping mall. Of course the gift store prices will be expensive, but everything else is included from entertainment, food, to drinks.

The pool was large and beautiful, but not enough bathrooms for pool users. The beach was man-made & tons of rocks & ocean debris on the beach (staff didn't clean away debris well enough), there was alot of coral and rocks in the water. It was a small beach compared to the size of the resort and there were not enough chairs on the beach. One day they ran out of beach towels for the last 3 hrs of the pool time. Pool entertainment was great! The rooms had a dated wicker design in between the glass of internal doors, not a good look. The only place to hang your towels in the bathroom was above the separate tub but you had to stand on the tub to get to it. Dangerous & inconvenient! Toilet & shower doors swung inward and almost touched, making it awkward to move inside the bathroom. Shower had a slow drain. Reported it to housekeeper, but it was not addressed. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows way too soft!! Need designated smoking areas so us non-smokers don't have to be exposed to smoke throughout the pool area and room balcony. The bartenders were great and they didn't water down the drinks! The breakfast was good at the Captain's Market. However, the curry chicken was tasteless; so disappointing! Jerk chicken and stewed chicken were good. Please add paper napkins to your inside dinning. Wiping my lipstick on the cloth napkins just made more work for the laundry department. Wait staff were great!

Not enough sun chairs by the pool or at the beach. People are reserving all sun chairs with their towels, even though they’re not using them. Pool noise and music are too loud. Missing room towels on 2 out of 7 nights stay. Checkin service is terrible. Overall food and the stay does not qualify for a 5 star resort.

Would rate this property higher but my disappointment was the check in process. The first day and second day was wasted trying to secure our rooms because they over booked. Finally got settled but that put a bad taste in our mouths from the beginning. In addition the aggressiveness to sell you other membership plan did not help. Other than that it was a nice resort with good food and fun activities.

Overall my husband and I enjoyed our kid free time. Worth noting: if you are not a privilege club member, alcohol options are very limited in terms of quality. There is sometimes an option to purchase but that kind of defeats the purpose of the all inclusive. Also, note worthy, the beach… the non-privilege side (which is literally the same beach) has almost no access without water shoes. It’s solid rock, so no water shoes, no access. However they seemed to have removed the rock from the privilege side of the beach. Overall the beach swimming is very small anyway. The service was incredible, they are very aggressive to try and give tours of the property for their H10 membership. Everyone was very friendly and cash tips are seemingly expected. Plan to have lots of singles to basically tip every drink you get, every meal you have, any extra help you receive. We likely will not revisit this property but only because we want to visit elsewhere on our travel list.
