Great place. Great staff. We enjoyed the glass bottom boat tour the piano bar sing along at jesters bar was great Colton on piano and Marley at the bar great fun. Jerk chicken hut as great..we will be coming back.

There are some good and some not so good things at this resort. The staff for the most part are very friendly and helpful, although I think some may be working to hard as we saw a lifeguard sleeping in the watch chair. If you are a non smoker they have designated smoking areas for the smokers. Unfortunately this is mostly disregarded except in the rooms and dining areas. We couldn't sit on our patio as our neighbor was always outside of his room smoking away, and by one of the pools, people were sitting at the tables smoking. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax and get away, you might want to consider looking elsewhere. Two of the three pools are so loud, we were uncomfortable sitting there. The main beach, which is right next to the main pool, the sound from the pool carries all the way across the beach. You have to go to the very far end of the beach to get away from the noise, and yes this is the most crowded part of the beach. They do have a quiet beach to those of us looking for peace and tranquility on your vacation. There is about a dozen loungers, all in the shade (all day which we considered a plus) but the swimming area very small and walled in. The third pool is surrounded on all sides by rooms. It was surprisingly quiet for the most part, but seating is very limited, and this is the pool that they do the water sports in, so in the afternoon the noise level goes up with the participants. All in all I'd rate it a 3 out of 5

This was our first trip to Jamaica so we were pretty excited. However that excitement left pretty quickly. The resort is rundown. Our bathtub was slow draining and you couldn’t use the tub itself since there was no plug for it. The walls are chipped and cracking. The food in the restaurant was generally good. The Buffett was not good. Cold food and the same thing served over and over. We thought with all inclusive there would be more to do. But there was little to nothing available to do. By the third day we were just ready to get out of there. This resort was 2x -3x the amount we normally pay to travel it was by far the most disappointing trip we’ve ever taken. We had even hired the on site photographer for sunset photos of us. But he took is out to early so we didn’t get any photos of us and the sunset. If laying around and drinking all day is your forte this is probably the place for you, but if your looking to experience any of the Jamaican culture, sights, or excursions skip it. Transportation to and from the airport is not included and it took around 5 hours to get to the resort from the airport since they wait until the bus is full. Sadly we probably won’t bother with Jamaica again as we have a sour taste in our mouths from this trip.

Normally I dont write reviews unless its really good or really bad. Where do I start. 1: The food. You would assume in Jamaica the food would be spicy or some flavor. The flavor was bland and cold. 2: Stairs. There were no elevators and just stairs. We were on the top floor with ocean view. Image climbing the stairs when you've been drinking. Not safe! 3: Wifi. Since the building is made out concrete we had no wifi in our room. 4: Towels. Housekeeping ran out of towles daily. Towels in our room and beach towels. The staff stated they had to use a third party off the island. We took our trip in June. It was not very busy. Now image, if it was busy season they would have no towels at all. 5: Staff. There was not enough staff to give people drinks. You would have to swim to the bar or get out of the pool/ocean to grab a drink. Instead of staff bringing it to you. Miscellaneous stuff: the bathroom door was hard to shut, room service took forever and they didnt offer anything complimentary for our anniversary. Positives: Staff was nice! Ps. This trip was for our one year anniversary. Never going back!
